Moana Luna

Specialty Instructor/Foot and Gait Specialist

Moana Luna completed the Pilates Teacher Training Program with Ellie Herman in 2007, and has over twenty years of experience in the fitness industry. Early on she discovered that Pilates complemented her strength training workouts, and over the years her Pilates practice helped her to heal from injuries, including hip replacement surgeries. She now works with clients who have various injuries and limitations as well as those who simply want to feel fit, balanced, and strong.

Her personal journey and a background working in the field of behavioral health continues to inform her approach to working with clients, as she is truly interested in how fitness positively impacts total health and wellbeing in all aspects and stages of life.

A certified massage therapist, she has found that taking a “hands on” approach by incorporating manual release interventions helps her clients to move & feel better. She strives to be encouraging and supportive in helping clients meet their personal goals. Moana is a CoreAlign instructor and is part of the foot and gait team at EHS and continues to study with her Mentor, Nancy Meyers. Moana has a special interest in women’s health and sees pre and postnatal clients, menopause symptoms and pelvic floor concerns.
