Schedule:
1-2 pm Build myofasial meridian with clay.
2-3 pm Apply understanding of myofascial meridians to movement sequences of
mat and mat with small props. Practice tactile cues to facilitate movement.
3 -4 pm Apply understanding of myofascial meridians to movement sequences
on the reformer, chairs, barrels, trapeze table and Core Align.
