Combining the healing touch of massage with the balancing power of Pilates in my bodywork practice, I bring to the table a passion for strengthening the connection between body and mind. I hold an innate belief that we find our centers by working to achieve core balance and proper alignment.

Drawing from an extensive dance and fitness background, I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities of the human body. In my practice, I leverage this knowledge along with an intuitive intelligence to help my clients achieve their goals.

As a Certified Massage Therapist of over fifteen years, I have a talent for loosening up your stuck spots and cultivating your movement awareness to help you build strong and positive patterns in your body. I incorporate a variety of techniques into my practice to create a session uniquely tailored to your needs. Through careful listening and close observation, I strive to help you connect with your body - and have fun doing it!

Kristina graduated from the National Holistic Institute - College of Massage Therapy/Holistic Education in San Francisco in 2010. She has extensive experience providing massage therapy services at both the NHI student clinic and at EHS Pilates.

Kristina has always been active and adventurous. From her days as a young synchronized swimmer; continuing on as a softball player, tribal belly dancer, singer; and currently a life cyclist, nutrition and activity fuel her days. Experienced as a retail manager at both an aromatherapy and herb store, Kristina's love for Holistic Medicine (herbs and essential oils) is an integral part of her bodywork sessions.

Unravel Massage Therapy
As a movement artist since the age of 3, massage and bodywork of all types have unraveled the tension and congestion that can get stuck in my instrument--to unearth the real me! I have always valued bodywork as a vital way to keep performing/living at an optimum level of health.

Along with dance studies, I have studied yoga, Pilates and the Alexander Technique, all of which enrich the 75-minute massage experience I offer.

I migrated from Boulder, Colorado to Washington D.C., to teach and perform dance in 2006. After missing the west, in 2007, I moved to San Francisco to reconnect with my roots, finding myself studying massage, dance, Pilates, and the abundant culture in this very special city.

I have experienced extraordinary healing in myself, recovering successfully from reconstructive knee surgery, and other athletic injuries, which allows me to share the wonderful possibilities with others.
