How can we do this you ask? Well...

EHS Pilates Institute has been training Pilates instructors for over 15 years. Our instructors-in-training are required to complete 200 hours of student teaching, 200 hours of apprentice teaching, has completed 116 hours of Pilates education, as well as observation hours and all mandatory prerequisites before their final test out.

This is where you come in.

We are looking for clients to participate in our Student Sundays program. You must be in good health and have a desire to learn in a training environment. Take advantage of our inexpensive private sessions and group classes, available to you every Sunday!
