Ellie is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, and a certified Pilates practitioner. Ellie began her Pilates training in 1988 at Saint Francis Hospital Dancemedicine, under the care of Elizabeth Larkham. She received her formal Pilates training in New York City where she studied with Kathy Grant and Romana Kryzanowska, (two of Joseph Pilates original students).
