We hope after you try our classes you will want to become part of the EHS family. A Pilates Advisors will work with you to choose a fitness plan that works with your schedule and budget. We have some great deals and look forward to sharing them with you.
Here are some important reminders before you start:
Pilates 2-3x a week is recommended to start building muscle memory and feel the results.
All classes/privates must be used before the expiration date.
You must be in good health and injury free to take these classes. If you have questions or concerns please contact a Pilates Advisor before your register.

Classes must be chosen from the SM Tab (SM= Specially Marketed Classes taught by our EHS instructors who have given up a % of their classes to gain exposure to a new audience in hopes to build their clientele.)
