You will: Get Strong & Tone Your entire body. Do Pilates 6 hours per week, as follows: 2 hours of Group Instruction on the Mat* 5:30-7:30 Friday evnings
3 hours Group Instruction on the Equipment 1:00-4:00 Saturday
Plus 1 Private Session per week with an EHS Faculty Member at your convenience.
