EHS Pilates is a neighborhood studio that serves the needs of our community. It is also internationally recognized as the place where Pilates instructors train through our continuing education programs. The fully equipped studio located in the old historic Greenblat machine shop in the heart of the Mission is women owed and operated.

EHS offers a large array of classes, one-on-one instruction, and rehabilitative Pilates. We also have an integrated wellness center that offers Acupuncture, Massage, and Chiropractic services. EHS also offers a wide variety of programs; including Preggo Pilates and Gentle Pilates, and is the Bay Areas premier presenter of master teachers in the body mind arts.

The staff at EHS believe that a strong community is a vital part of individual health and continually strives to better serve the neighborhood it calls home. Our experienced and friendly instructors will help you look and feel your best.
